Preparing for the Swimming Sports

We are so lucky to be swimming straight after lunch every day.  After a 5 minute cool-off time we start practising our skills.  Some of us will be in the Senior swimming sports for the first time so we practise lengths of backstroke, freestyle and some children can do breaststroke.
We have spent a lot of time trying to learn to dive.  It can be very tricky and we have lots of belly flops!
